IU Day (International Understanding - Interact Club)

Hello dudes and dudettes!
As you know, we were working around the clock to make IU Day a success, and it did!
My mom woke me up at 6.15 in the morning but I was dead tired, so I slept for another 15 minutes and realised that I would be late
Rushed and reached school at 7.30 am
Was very busy arranging chairs and putting up the deco
Fareen, the Form 4 Interactor found me and gave me an assignment to do,
Security
I was like, 'WHAT!? How can I be security?!'
Well, the task was quite easy actually
Just stand, loiter around and catch people who haven't registered in the hall! Catch, is that the right word? I don't know what crap am I talking about?
Anyway, when the ceremony started at 10 am, I stopped my duty and took my sit with Arvind and Sze Teng
First, it was Arvind's sketch acting
If you saw my posts earlier, Arvind was a voice-over for an actor!
He didn't screw up, thank God? LOL!
Then there was this cool breakdancing performance called Bboys, also another trio dance group named Pokerface, love them, and bands with guitars, Ice Cold Morning and Childhood Dreamers from Sri Gardens!
After that, all CHS Interactors and Probationers went on stae for a 'Finale'
At 12.20 pm, we were all told to go to the canteen and take free lunch!

Arvind at the Registration Counter, we were just playing

The beautiful backdrop! Awakening Angels, Vanishing Demons!

Me and Arvind, posing and the Registration Counter, Sze Teng took this picture

Sze Teng took this picture of me
Sze Teng, why are you so scared of being photographed?

Bboys, the dance group, they were amazing!

This guy, Warren (aka Love). Arvind voiced-over for him

See Arvind at the end there? Yeah, the one in uniform

Rotarians and Interactors playing games

There's the singing group, Childhood Dreams

Pokerface! I preferred the one during ICC Concert, not this one!

Ice Cold morning singing, they rock!

IU Day was a blast man!
Oh no, my camera's battery is dead!

Signing off,
G
